Wow it looks like you’ve got everything pretty locked down on the site itself. Maybe you need to look at total size, number of objects being called, or your hosting?
Edit: size and objects looks fine. I think the only other place for improvement is host.

I use namecheap share hosting and dns from cloudflare. I have faceboook page and instagram widget in homepage. Removing then doesn't brings much changes and i just decided to use it. I use bimber WP Theme.

Which do you recommend? The only reason am with namecheap is because of their support. They help to fix almost any problem even when i use other services like cloudfare
You already covered most of the cases, it's been a long time since I've seen an A pagespeed score. However 1.5 sec is hard to achieve IMO. You may need more serious change in your infrastructure... Maybe you hosting is a little slow?
Onto the technical stuff, 44 requests seems a little high to me if you want extreme performance.
Can you please scan you site with chrome lighthouse? maybe it'll give you some more hints?
Also can you please post a network tab screenshot? (hide urls if you want)
Maybe the time to download/parse is high, or maybe it is the time to first byte (TTFB).

Wordpress? I recently lowered my speed from 2.5 sec to 1.5 sec just by switching from siteground to wpx hosting. Also did you test from correct location? You wouldnt belive how many people use Europe datacenter and then test on gtmetrix from Canada since its default option.

Yes, WordPress. I don't understand how to test from correct location. The default location in gtmetric is Canada and I can't change that
