I do not need it lifetime, I just need 1 or max 2 codes to confirm any UK number and to proceed. Also the price which you wrote are mega high bro.
Tried several times, same issue. Now i need UK phone number(the guy from which I took the number is inactive and can't proceed), they require confirm the number via the sms code to be able to send any $.

Maybe try using a free SMS verification number, might be hard to find one that's not already used though.
True but actually they didnt require now SMS confirmation which is little weird, but now i have another paypal( 1 week registered ) account with funds inside, I sent to me 50$ via goods for services and now I can't send again funds ( We cannot proceed this right now..... bla bla bla contact support ), one guy told me that i do not have browser history and need to build it up. I have CVV attached and confirmed but without bank account.

I only accept PayPal payment as Friends & Family for exactly this reason. I haven't been banned, locked or anything of the matter due to this.
But as on my previous account i sent like you - via friends and family and this issue happened again. I do not really know if its okay to send it only through friends and family because now I have more than 300eur inside which I can't send them(probably except through friend's phone or any smartphone of my family ).

wait for a next day or use old ip (the original ip of the account) then it should be fine
I will wait, but the problem is that i can't remember what IP i was using and also the other problem is that I am changing my IP ( via changing mac address ) and can't get old IP. Don't know how to fix this issue with sending, I think deleting the whole history of the browser which im using for paypal won't help.

Ehm so so, i will wait some days but as on my previous account I waited like 10 or more days and I was facing this issue over and over again without fix. The only "fix" which I found is through other smartphone paypal app.

Same problem I faced. There is only solution is wait. You must wait 5 to 7 days to get it solved. Also there must be some moment to be waited between 2 transaction. Now a days PP is kindly strict in this kinds of situation.
