It seems it's about waiting some days.

I think that the best approach would be to discuss your issue with PayPal directly. They have relatively good customer service, so why to bother with forum ideas when you can get immediate answer from company

I have had that issue happen to me before several times. The only explanation that i could think of is that PayPal manually limited the account. They do not seem to acknowledge it but its a hold meanwhile they review your account and determine if they will cease it. Being why they can't give you an explanation.

If the account is BH then most likely a ban is coming...

Ini sudah pasti pertanyaan awal buat semua web master. Menurutku kalian sebaiknya fokus sama efektivitasnya website ketimbang konten yg terlalu banyak gambar atau videonya. Soalnya butuh waktu buat ngeload. Coba lebih mainkan fokus ke kata-kata saja.
