Really depends on your setup, botting activity, and settings. It's very hard to accurately reply, you have a proxy port that rotates residential IPs from the same country (if you choose) every 5 minutes or more, up to 60 minutes. Really depends on how you set your actions to work.

Also please read the following reply I gave on a previous question regarding Instagram.

Regarding Instagram, the short answer is YES, our proxies work very well with Instagram.

On the long answer, really depends on what you are doing, how professional you are, and how do you control everything.
