Ask Me Anything About Pinterest (Pinterest AMA)

it's very nice when you meet people that want the share their knowledge
thank you mate

Thank you, and my pleasure. :)

these days i got a problem with my accounts when I click the extension button to save a post take a 30-60second
i create a new account but still the same things and change from laptop to my desktop same things.
there is someone have like this problem

I have not experienced that I'm afraid. Are you talking about saving pins for later when using tailwind?

no just a simple save from website

I have no idea what that could be. I assume you have restarted everything. if you are not breaking the TOS in any way I would consider contacting Pinterest to ask what is happening.

Building Reputation
1. What is better, a fake profile image of a professional/decent woman or a logo?
2. Fill in "about yourself" section professionally
3. Add at least 50 pins each to your boards

Now growing your own group board's followers

1. Add new followers by following and adding them to your group boards ( these followers then add their followers or followings to your group boards.

2. Find people where you can follow someone who is already a member of a big group boardand ask them to let you join their group boards

3. Keep on following for days then post the most pinned post within your niche?

More questions

1. Can you repin your client's post to a number of group boards that you don't own as long as you're a member?
If yes, what's the safest number you can do this per day per your own account

2. How long will the post of your client's last on the boards you pin it with? How long before the client see results?

3. How do you avoid getting banned on fiverr? you said in your post that you manage multiple fiverr accounts which is against fiverr's TOS

4. How many times can an account add a user per day on the same or a number of group boards, what's the maximum potential to avoid getting flagged by pinterest team.

1 depends on what you are promoting. if it is a professional brand then a logo, if you are a blogger a picture of yourself.
2 of course.
3 yes 50 would be good, you need at least a dozen or more boards too.

1 give people access to pin on your group boards by inviting them there, this will help build them up.
2 yes or find someone who is a member of lots and trade them all the ones you have for all the ones they have. (I have gone over this aspect in detail in many replies so read the whole thread and you should get a few ideas on this)
3 i dont follow people that much, i just pin and let the chips fall where they will.

1 yes and i do 90 a day across lots of boards, they are randomized and shuffled so that the chances of the same pin going out to the same board right after each other is very very low.
2 no one can answer that as it is different every time and for each client
3 because all they care about is money, if you cause problems you are gone, if you are a professional and have several accounts in good standing there is no issue. I know dozens of people with dozens of accounts. I have way too many gigs to fit in one account anyway.
4 I have no idea.

How to get more traffic on my pinterest boards? please give me such information regarding this...

Invite more people to pin on them. make sure they are active and they will eventually grow. there is no magic pill for things like this.

helo.. i set up rich pins in my blog using Yoast, and got RIch pin Validated & approved, but RIch pins is not showed up in my pins. can yout help me fix this issue..

I'm afraid I would not know where to start. I would suggest contacting Pinterest with any support questions.

If i am not mistaken, reading your posts accross bhw, you're pinning the same pin with the same pinterest url across all of your boards daily. am i right? is it called pinning or repinning?

Also, i have joined a lot of pinterest group boards, some you can invite when you get in some are not, how to know if the group boards is open to invite others and only the owner can invite?

No not really. I set up dozens of pins at the same time and then set up those pins to go out across a few dozen group boards. I then randomize/shuffle these posts so that different pins go out to different boards throughout the day. It is rare for the same pin to be posted one after the other and rarer still to the same group board. So I would not say I am pinning the same pin with the same URL across all of my boards daily. What I am doing is classeed as pinning not repinning

You just said the solution above. Once you are in them you can check, there is no way of knowing before hand. When you go to invite someone it will tell you if you can or not at that point you will know the status of that particular board.

I now have 70+ group boards in one niche, can you give me a ballpark figure of what is the limit of invites i can do per day (assuming i am gaining clients)

I have no idea, each account is different. Some accounts have limits that others do not. I have accounts that do not bring up blocks and I have accounts that get the block after sending three.

Thank you for share your knowleg!!

My pleasure.

How do you grow your own group boards through automation? is it advisable to make your own pin, or pin top pins and follow/unfollow only?

What automation software are you using to do this?

I have read the whole thread, you are using tailwind to do this. How much are you charing the client for the 10k package?

Well then I suggest you re-read it as I have answered all of the questions you have asked so far already. Please also see the other threads I started in the Pinterest section.
