I actually run some projects for a decade but not one company in the world ranks for all their best KW's suited to their niche. I'm going to through a social manager at you, I never said, thought or claimed that people who bought back links are ranking #1
I can however tell you that every person/persons that work for companies and rank for multiple highly competitive keywords are using paid tools to manage, monitor and act upon them.
I could tell you plenty of sites but how would you check if they used those tools??
Go find some high searched volume keywords, see which websites are in the top 3 on the first page. Then check their SEO profile..oh wait you can't because you don't have the tools to see that information and therefor can't make any calculation or do reverse engineering.
Yes I noticed you have a BST and that's probably the only reason which doesn't matter but you are very new at it. You can call Billy stupid and although I don't agree with his way of communication at times (don't like yours often either though) he brought some very valid points when it comes to SEO and one of the tools he talked about is Ahrefs which is one of the best tools in the world to use if you are serious about SEO, google's toolbox isn't a match for Ahrefs, anyone knows this.
Which brings me to:
Stop being condescending towards people that give critique! You seem to love to give people your opinion and give them (often bad) advice but once you get critique, really, you turn into a not so pleasurable person.

Why would you need to know KW difficulty?? If you have to ask you show again you have no clue what you're doing at all! So here is a case how working with you would look like then.
Serious big client to Social Manager: " Before I want to hire you and spend $50k, I would like to see a detailed report of KW's with high searched monthly volumes"
> goes to his google toolbox and will be guessing what KW's seems relevant to the niche, google suggest some relevant KW's with a rough amount of search volume, copy pastes them in an Excel sheet and returns it to the client.
Client sees a particular keyword he likes, it has over 1 million searches but ( not that you can see it) it turns out that all domains on the first 3 pages all have very strong DA, PA, TF, CF and tons of quality back links and well written articles.
Client asks SM: " With this amount of searches a month I can imagine it's hard to rank for this keyword right? (because yeah, those volumes are worth big time money) could you tell me how hard it will be and what would be the best approach to end up higher in the SERPS for this particular keyword?"
Sm: " I can't tell you how hard it will be but don't worry, I will have to work for them anyway so don't worry. My best approach and advice would be: Do your best work possible!"
Client: "..." never replies again.
Remember I said earlier that you do this a lot, someone asks you a question and when you don't know the answer you make a reply with " Did I" this and that.

Actually you did, your porn site and even though you said you are letting it age which really doesn't have much value for SEO because you have already been making bad quality back links to them or you let a bot, other people do it but yeah, you don't need it to age.
But IF you don't consider your porn site to be an authority site combined with you saying you don't have any authority sites, who are you to give others SEO advice??

I know for a fact I don't talk shit or make things up as I quoted everything that you said and replied to them. Sure, you might know a little bit of SEO but honestly, you are just slightly above a noob.
You don't run authority sites, you have never ranked on page one on the #1 spot for high volume keywords even though you said you could do that for any keyword, you only have some small clients but don't have the experience with big clients ( and NO, you didn't say you had it's a statement), you can't actually proof your way of working, methods, thoughts about SEO work!
As I said in the beginning, I gave you the benefit of the doubt but now that I actually had a small conversation with you personally I would have to agree with
@Billy Batts you should not give other people advice about SEO because even though you think you know SEO you are an absolute beginner with mediocre knowledge and no real experience.
Now I know based on your replies to me, other people that gave critique and Billy how you are going to reply which is of course your right trying to flip it around again so you will try to make me look bad and save your ass but unlike Billy I'm actually not going to reply to this anymore because I already got everything I wanted to know for myself.
As you can see I don't reply much and am more of a reader, I just felt compelled to reply to this thread and now I will be moving on.
