Can I still make posts while follow blocked?

I've been follow blocked on instagram. I wish to pause my following and unfollowing until the block is over, but I want to keep on making posts.

Is this a wise move? The posts would be coming from the same proxy and using the same software. Would it be better for me to completely leave the bot turned off until the follow block is over?

I think Instagram is monitoring your account growth pattern and it has nothing to do with your posts, Post for your followers and keep engagement. Cause it is another way to prove you are no bot. Change the routine of your bot, schedule for different times and when the block is over change the number and time of following people per day and also do this for likes too so it won't happen again.

Thanks a lot, that's very good to hear! You wouldn't happen to know any algorithms for imitating human follow and like patterns would you? At the moment I'm just setting a random interval between actions, but I suspect that's a pretty naive way to do it.

It really depends on how many you were following before, I guess following around 50 people per hour is a normal ratio, but you should keep liking too.
and don't forget to use proxies as well.

Follow blocks has nothing to do with posts. So keep posting at regular intervals and try to favor your audience as much as you can. Definitely tweak your settings when the block gets removed.
