Instagram - Change Format of Pics afterwards?

Hey guys, I'm Lil and I really hope you can help me.

I have my Insta Feed that way, that I have white frames around my pics. (I uploaded them with the App Whitagram). Now I want to upload video content and this will destroy the orderly feed . So now can I upload videos with frames (although its ugly).

And the moste important question: Can I change my pics to square again WITHOUT uploading them again? Maybe with another app or I don't know what? Thank you soooo much!

Ich habe meinen Feed so gestaltet, dass ich immer weisse rahmen um die Bilder habe. Da ich jetzt auch Videos hochladen möchte, sind die Rahmen störend (es sei denn man kann die Rahmen auch bei den Videos einfügen mit Whitagram).

Falls nicht, ich würde gerne meine Bilder wieder in die normale quadratische Form bringen, ohne sie neu hochladen zu müssen. Geht das? mit einer App? Oder über den Insta Support etc? Danke schon mal vorab!

You can't change posts that are already uploaded if that's what you're asking.

You can not change posts that are already uploaded.

No you can't, you can only add or edit captions and locations, but the post need to be reuploaded, you can archive a post if you don't want to delete them. That's the problem when you create posts based on sequential patterns, you always need to upload 3 posts so you won't ruin the entire gallery, however users don't realize how their posts will look like in the feed, some even upload blank photos just to create some sort of illusion.

Honestly, for me it's about the quality of posts, not the quantity. Uploading unnecessary content just to get something out of the 3 grid doesn't really fit my personal taste.

It's not possible. Only captions are possible to change. You have to post a new edited picture.

You can add white borders to your videos too, with apps like Unfold or Inshot

You cannot change your pics. For the video, bet you can edit them with any video editor before uploading.
