SEO and Link Building Training courses for remote teams

Hello! I'm in a process of forming a remote Link Building team. My plan is to hire people with little experience and then teach them the best SEO practices. I

That's why I'm looking to invest money in buying SEO training, and more specifically Link Building courses. I won't be able to coach my team personally so much, that's why I'm looking for courses.

I'm not talking about SEO black hat methods, nothing against the black hat SEO methods but it's just too risky for my company. We've been building the business in the last couple of years and I want to lean on the good old White-hat SEO.

I'm looking for courses that teach methods like:
-Guest posts
-Use Haro for getting press coverage and links
-Broken Link Building
-Infographic Link Building Outreach
-Set up alerts for unlinked mentions and lost links

What courses would you recommend for Link Building beginners? Also, do you think it's a good idea to hire a very experienced Link Builder just to coach my time on regular basis? Something like a couple of hours a week?

I can recommend a course I've purchased and watched it one week ago. It's called The actionable link building training and it's done by Georgi Todorov. It's perfect for anyone that wants to do link building and set up a team of employees to do that as it has practical advice on how to hire, track time and results, etc.

Speaking more about the link building parts it focuses on outreach, HARO, guest posting, advertorials and how to scale it. Even if I'm doing this for like 2 years I found some great tips that I wasn't aware. ie Gmail canned responses which I've implemented.

Yeah, Ahrefs blog is good but that's not what I need. I mean, I need resources for my team members who don't know SEO. Not actionable enough, not easy enough.

I've checked their website - http://linkbuildingtraining.com/ and looks like some well-known SEOs tried it. James Norquay from Prosperitymedia, Yam Regev from Zest, Robbie Richards, Alex Tachalova. I've been following those folks in the last 1-2 years. Thanks again Dan. I'm buying this course right now, and I can share my opinion if anyone is interested.
