Spy on Facebook Ads competitors for FREE!

Maybe some people already know this method, maybe others don't. But since the elections, Facebook has been forced to share real information about campaigns running in their platform.

You can easily Spy on competitors by Keyword, Company Name, Countries and more.
Just enter Facebook Ad Library and start exploring:
https://www.facebook.com/ads/library/

You can get much information such as the amount invested, reach and engagement.

It works "meh" for me. I've seen a lot of ads lately and when i looked for the page on the Facebook ads library it showed no ads for those pages.
Anyway could be good for many people out there

I'm not quiet sure how accurate that is. It does show some information but still there are quiet a lot of information which they hide. Feels like few water drops from a big lake.

The database is for ads specific to social issues, elections or politics and not anything else.

So it's not good for "spying" on competitors.

That is weird, I have looked into marketing services, tshirts and diving stuff. And I get the impressions, money invested and some stats.

I believe you can only check their ads creatives and titles. Nothing related to targeting details.

tried it on a few pages I was running ads on and it was hit and miss. still, a good tool to get an idea of the industry or see what's working for others. Just don't count on everything to be listed or super accurate.

You told me to share the info I see:

And when I get the Learn More button, it has a bit.ly, which usually when you add the + at the end of the URL, you can see statistics.
For example:

I just add

http://bit.ly/2Fe8fWp+

That is not a very profitable campaign. Just 1,760 clicks and about $5k spent. That is why they ran it only for a week and put it into Inactive.
Maybe active Ads are better, lets check when they started running.
