Is it okay to post while having action block?

Hi guys.
simple question, many of us got the following action block this week, and I just wanna ask the experts, is it okay to post on my page? because I stopped automating my accounts once I got follow action block, and also is there any updates about this? cheers !

It's ok to post, send Dm, like, unfollow or comment during follow block, but if you have follow block and keep trying to follow with repetitive manner let's say your account will be disabled.

it a huge risk using any account that been restricted for anythink .

if you carry on using that account your get ban .

your basically telling ig your continue no matter what , that will get them angry if caught

It's okay to keep posting. You'll only have to rest a bit more in case of follows and unfollows

In my case, I only post quality content and once a day, do you think this is risky aswell ?

Resting an account totally is a false theory in my opinion.
When you are shadowbanned (for hashtags), you shouldn't stop your settings and you shouldn't stop posting (just do it without hashtags, likes probably will drop 3x times depends on the niche and audience but then after 2 weeks it'll catch up again).
The same thing when you have follow block, just use different tools (liking photos and comments, commenting, story viewing. Add intervals and act like a human.
Would a human stop every action on his phone when he gets follow block? Would he stop viewing story or liking posts? No and you shouldn't too.

What is human like behaviour? Is that having several thousand followers? Is that liking 600 pictures a day and unfollowing 400 people? I won't say so. It all comes down to the programmed insta algo. Normal users have maybe 500 followers and followings and they tend to do a couple of follow and unfollows a week. The same goes for liking and dm. And for now in this situation walking babysteps is the key. Eventually ending up with an account hit by follow block, unfollow block and like block will not look good, and will get you banned on the long run. Resting the accounts and waiting for a solution will be a safe thing to do. Regardless of what kind of block you are hit with means instagram is having an eye on you. Overdoing other actions is unsafe.

False. I recovered plenty of accounts with being active daily with other settings and never lost one from that method.
Many people do hundreds actions manually still to grow so it's not like only bots do that.

I would consider that gambling. You being unblocked may be one out of thousands or millions who are still blocked and are doing exactly what you are doing. And still they have hit that wall and are still blocked for weeks. What you are claiming is conspiration only and by far fact. You mentioned human like behaviour you self. Unfollowing tons and mass liking is not human like behaviour. Maybe the new algo looks at how many of your actual followers and followings you target with likes and how many outside your actual following or followers you are targeting. Maybe for those also targeting private accounts, it has something to do with the amoumt of pending request still hanging, which no one has thought about untill now?At this point nothing is safe and a gamble I believe.

Definitely leaving account is not helping at all and I checked it many times for 3 years straight. You lose engagement and 2 weeks of work by leaving account to rest totally.
If you feel like you know better, your call. I just told you what worked for me and never failed once.

I know by far better. We are all on the same boat here. Happy that you recovered yours. That shows that we are facing temp. banns only. But doing mass actions are considered tons to instagram unfortunately. But instagram does provide there API limitations to legit third party app developers. Developers who have third party apps can send there apps for evaluation to instagram I read. And it is only a matter of time for these new "safe" limitations to be "revealed" as they have untill now.
Bot developers like Jarvee and others similar will loose costumers which they can't effort. Sooner or later a solution will be found.

Yes that's what I do when I have problems with a certain account. Then I increase the botting limits within the next weeks.

I think it's a good idea to do all of the actions with your phone manually without any botting, to get the account back on track.

I keep everything on except the particular action that got blocked.
