Generally with any of these if you create more content you will get indexed. Create a few more niche relevant things on your board or if you can write text write more of it where you drop the link. I have not used flipboard yet but this tends to be true with all of the web 2.0s. Make a couple smaller post that link back to main post. Every post you make on there will send a signal to google to come crawl/index.
