{GDPR} email list question

hello everyone!

i want to collect a list of email with the hotspot free wifi method to sell them or use them to cpa/affiliates offers but, i've been reading and i saw the GDPR law that european goverment put on in 2018(i'm from spain) so my questions is:

-with this law i can collect and then sell it or use the email list putting all i want to do in the terms and conditions(anyone read this) before the people introduce their email?

-Can i solve it putting the cookies plugin on my landing page?

-if you can fins some more problems i would have in the future feel free to put on the comments below

-if anyone is running this method please contact me on inbox

-if anyone is selling email lists or using it on cpa offers or amazon affiliates contact me too

Which tool are you using for scrapping FB groups?

Stopped reading at "collect and sell emails" -> if you wanna follow the word of the law, you can't sell any emails that you gathered. GDPR was created specifically for these reasons. Even the method you're using might not be completely within the law, but I'm not 100% sure. What I am sure is that you can't just sell private data to third parties.
