However, Thank you for trying to correct the issue, it seems there have been mistakes on both sides. I did what their website FAQ told me to do in order to retrieve the link for the comment and the description was wrong in respect to the order was for random comments not individual comments, which they have said they will fix and make it more specific. However, I should have done my due diligence to make sure everything was correct on my end as well. (there honestly shouldn't have been an issue to begin with but there is a language barrier here, unfortunately).

I would also like to state all the other services have been good and I will likely use the rest of my balance and maybe load more in the future for a few of their services I've had my eye on.

i see only 1 ticket asking for refund to your wallet and i can cancekl for your balnce on website as in our terms of servcie , so i ask you in professional way before using anywbsite, you msut read TERMS OF SERVICE AND FAQ QUESTIONS, i see you use only 1 service and telling here no server working lol, please we have alot of servers there not only one server sir ,
there is also aticket support on website you can ask them for any inquiry before reviewing in unprofssional way sir ):

in the fact that isnot proof, we need you to check description of sevrcie before ordering, and if you dont make ticket asking for support,how is it proof then!!
