I know and most of the time they are wrong about the difficulty. They said "easy" when it's actually pretty hard

I moved to Ezoic because I'm not happy with my Adsense earnings, especially that most of my audience is from developing countries so the CPC/RPM are low. Now I'm earning more than 3x what I used to earn with Adsense.

u mentioned that ur from some third world country in ur last journey
should i do the same & go for Ezoic ? as im from tunisia & my blogger visitors most are

Ahrefs shows keyword difficulty. But I don't rely on it too much. I just search the keyword on Google and analyze the competition. If there are plenty of big authority sites I avoid that keyword. But if most results on the first page are just little blogs like mine, then I go for it. I have a higher chance of featuring in Google featured snippets that way.

No update yet. I've been busy with travels this week. But I will post maybe tomorrow or Monday.

Your RPM and clicks are too low. Mine used to be around $1 with purely Adsense and it became $4-5 with Ezoic.

I think it took me 2 or 3 hours because I needed to change the DNS for Ezoic to take effect. Testing is up to you for how long. I'm nearly 2 months in and I'm still testing. I'd probably stop testing after 3 months.

One more question about EZOIC and site speed.
Is your site is not slowing down due ezoic banners? I'm testing EZOIC for a few days now and have both Adsense+EZOIC at the same site and site loading speed increased by 2 seconds.

Yeah my site really did slow down. That issue has been brought up several times in the Ezoic forum. But their staff always say that the slower loading speed doesn't really affect rankings and revenue, and that they have studied it. Here's what they say about it: https://www.ezoic.com/time-to-interactive-website-revenue-performance/. Anyway they have their own cache and site speed applications if you're not yet using a cache plugin. But they recommend WP Rocket.

So far my blog hasn't been affected by the slower loading speed. I trust them on their word.
