No Mate, sorry to say that you can't pay without a credit card for Google. You need to have a proper Bank Account so that you can make payments manually or automation.

Google takes prepaid option as well. You do not need cards to pay to google. It always depend on the country you are signing up with adwords.

Google ADS takes prepaid in the listed countries where you create the account BUT ONLY with the manual payment option. If you want to run and have credit (threshold), you need to opt-in for Automatic Payments + a DEBIT VCC since Google ADS doesn't accept Prepaid. Also, they are accepting PAYPAL as a payment method for Australia and Direct Debit (Wire) for other countries. Just read their terms, and you can go.
