What's your end goal? What are you going to use these addresses for? Is it going to be cold emails or use them as a target audience for FB ads? It will depend on that to figure out which method is the best practice for your goals.
Hey dropdown, hope you're doing good. I'm real new to scraping so I appreciate any advice.
My Goal:
To build a brand that sells email lists by category (e.g. technology, beauty/fashion, music, film).
A) straight-up list selling
B) facebook audience creating
I've learned:
That I need the know-how to scrape highly accurate leads, which include things like full name, email address, facebook uid (not sure why yet), location, and of course category (which i'll input myself depending on the fanpage I scrape from - assuming one can still do this)
So, from what I'm gathering I want to:
1. choose either
mailbiz (aka fbcandy),
facebook blaster, or
simple audience
2. scrape a email list from facebook fanpages (that's all i've read about so far in the forums. I also watched mailbiz' tutorials which are hard to trust - but I digress.)
3. as far as I understand, this is all i'll need as far as building a sellable product. Hope I'm not being naive.
Thanks for shedding some light and giving me some pointers my good friends.
p.s. after i've build my list, I will likely want to use them to create FB custom audiences and then of course look-a-like audiences; I need to know which software can help me achieve goal A) and/or B)?
