Well, this is pretty interesting, you have there. 
But, is there any way, to avoid some mails , or , its all extracted?
I saw some facebook, plugin which does the same (but didn't tried it yet)

Not sure what you're trying to ask. I think the sales post is pretty clear what the service is.
What mails are you trying to avoid? The bot extracts from groups members and post engagements in case of pages. You can filter the list later on, but I don't offer that service.Well, this is pretty interesting, you have there.

If one were to use these for cold emails within the same niche, do you guys think it would have high success or the opposite? Would people be annoyed that you (the advertiser) somehow got their email and are now targeting them with cold emails?

Businesses cold email all the time. What you need to make sure is give 'unsubscribe' option in your emails.
Earlier FB allowed anyone to create a custom audience, but now they don't let newer ad accounts to create a custom audience right away. Either you'll have to spend some money first or they'll ask for your company documents before you're allowed to create a custom audience.

Any niche that has to offer a lot of groups and pages is good to extract from. Like dogs, cats, weightloss and keto, cannabis and CBD, crypto, making money online etc.
Not from the websites, Facebook groups and pages.
