Background of the transaction:
I contacted him to buy a PayPal account. We agreed on a specific paypal account and went with it. Paid him he said delivery in 2 days but 4 days later still nothing.
I confronted him 4 days later about the delivery and he asked me to send an email about the order information as he claims his "VA" (I have no idea what VA means) will deliver it on that same day. Full day passes and I receive nothing in my email. I write to him the next day and he says "did he send it yet". It seems he doesn't even have contact with people he works with and of course I didn't receive it.
He then writes if I don't receive within 8 hours, I can ask for a refund. I waited another 24 hours, still nothing. I then ask for a refund. He writes back saying he will refund me within 48 hours. Now it's more than 48 hours and still nothing.You can see it's delay after delay. I didn't want to write this thread but I had no choice because he's not responding at all. It's been around 10 days and I received nothing but excuses.

On feb 19, I purchased from StealthJet99 my US eBay account (1K / $25K monthly limit) + PayPal account full verified + SSN for $179.

Initially, it was very easy to talk to him, he answered all my questions in minutes, and the price was a little bit lower than the competition, so I gave it a try.

So I sent the payment to his PayPal account (F&F), and he said that login details would be sent on the same day. I waited few hours and no message from him with my login details. As I asked him earlier if he had the accounts ready to send after payment, I found it rather strange the delay to deliver.

After 24 hours, he said again that the product would be delivered quickly. And as I was losing my patience, I asked for a refund. He promptly declined to send me the refund... and after a few minutes, he finally sent the login details.

He sent me the eBay account with 1K / $25K monthly limit, PayPal account verified with a credit card, and a quick start guide, and after few days, he sent the SSN that was requested by me before the purchase (I'm not sure if it's from someone else or not).

So a made a clean virtual machine and purchased the private "clean" IP recommended by him, which cost me $20~$30 monthly to start using my accounts. I followed all the tips on the guide, and finally, I was able to log in.

So after that, I started the process to give some activity on the PayPal account. I received a few bucks from a friend on my PayPal account to get some transaction history as well. But as PayPal was holding the money, I was obligated to wait 21 days. So I waited 21 days, and when I tried to accept the money, for some reason, PayPal asked me to send Photo ID + SSN Photo.

I contacted him to ask what was happening because I followed all the tips on the guide, but my PayPal account was not working as it should be.

And to my surprise, I was ignored by him, then decided to make a post on his thread to alert the users how bad is his after-sales service, with non-existent support.

After a few days, he said on the thread that didn't know me, and that I was to get in touch with him, and I did: I sent my Skype ID through the forum.

A few days later, he contacted me on Skype saying: "The account appeared to be working fine until you sold on it. Why did it ask for docs? What did you do that lead up to?"

So I answered him back: "I did nothing wrong with the account. I followed all the instructions written in the guide."

I was hoping he would solve the problem since I have been since February without being able to use the accounts that I bought, and he wasn't helpful at all. I waited a few days before opening this thread to see if he could fix it or not, and no answers from him after 2~3 days of waiting. As he gave a 90-day warranty to me, I would like to solve that quickly as the PayPal account sent is not working for some reason and I don't even know if the eBay account is working since I haven't used it. Anyway, If he can't solve this, I would like to have my money back as I still haven't used the accounts and I don't have more time to deal with him.

After buying the accounts (he took almost one week to send me the login details, even after I asked if he had the accounts ready to send after payment). He also sent me a guide on how to use the accounts. I'm not a beginner, but I followed what was written there.

So I asked a close friend to send me a few dollars to have some transactions on my PayPal... almost 2 months ago to begin:

As I expected, I had to wait 21 days because the money was "on hold".

So I waited 21 days, and after the time passed, I tried to accept the money received; however, PayPal automatically asked me to send documents.

So I got in touch with StealthJet99 asking what was wrong with the PayPal account:

He replied that the image was not working (the funniest of all is that the link sent by me is still working):

I then explained to him what was happening with the PayPal account; however, he stopped answering me.

After being completely ignored on Skype by him for about one week, I decided to post a complaint about the after-sales support he offered in his official thread. (Trust me, you don't want to pass through the same situation. He provides one of the worst after-sales support I've ever experienced on this forum.)

He then replied to my post saying he had not received any messages from me (a big lie, obviously).

I sent my Skype again to him by private message on BHW, and finally, he decided to answer me on Skype.

Well, after my last message, he stopped answering and probably isn't very interested in solving the problem. I have been since Feb 18 without being able to use the service provided by him, and I already lost $50+ in proxies till now for absolutely nothing.

Also, he clearly offered me a 90-day warranty but failed to deliver what he promised:

The truth is I don't trust him anymore. I want to receive the refund because the eBay account is on the same state that he delivered (unused) after two months (and counting...). And the PayPal account, for the first time it was used to receive less than $2, they asked me for documents. Also, I don't have more time to deal with the seller since the same could happen with the eBay account that I still didn't use it... and probably will take more 2+ months to get solved (or maybe never because the after-sales service offered by him is non-existent).

What happened:
He sold me an ebay account (VCC, VBA, $1k/25k limit) and it got limited after a few days,
of not logging even once ebay limited the account, he offered a new account and it took him a while so I asked for service credits or refund, and he said no refunds but service credits yes, now he doesn't log, I prefer to not deal anymore and to just get a refund.

On April 12, 2019, I paid $600 for Ebay accounts and PP accounts but received none.
I have been trying to contact him but he has stopped responding to skype messages.

Honestly, I don't think he'll ever come back. The last message I sent to him was almost 20 days ago, and I didn't get any response. I thought I was alone, but there's a bunch of users that didn't receive the purchased item(s).

The bad thing about this is that probably everyone paid him with BTC or PayPal as F&F.

This is really sad...
