Recently I invested $30k to get a website that was making around $1100 per month.

Fixed the website, optimized the SEO. Hired a VA to improve the design.

That site is making me around $1800 now (4 months have passed)

Will flip the site once it reaches $100 a day (projected after 8 months). This deal can get me $80-90k.

So I might 3x my money in just 12 months.

Forget online marketing, if I had a disposable 25k I would put down 10% on a mortgage to invest in real estate properties, more specifically duplex’s(quite a few in my area) I would take out two morgauges on a multi unit family rental property. I have good credit 750+ for a good interest rate which means I’ll be in profit.

I should have alittle left after that to put aside just encase, continue to work my job and just live.

I have over $25K in savings too. Don't listen to people that say travel the world or spend it bro. Lmao...that's why they are broke. Keep reading and make smart investments. Start small and invest in areas where you have acquired enough knowledge and researched enough to know what you are doing. I don't understand this logic of "Oh I have money I gotta spend it". That logic is how the pros are all making money on this forum in the first place.
