If you're looking for fast ROI, I'd go with the high risk high reward option of buying NASDAQ stocks worth less than $1
I would buy on fresh 52 week lows then place orders to sell after X % jump in price
This way I offset whatever losses I suffer while locking in some gains
Rinse and repeat
At 25K you can place lots of orders daily and do day trading

I would buy 20 - 100k followers instagram accounts in different niches, make a nice living selling shout outs while keeping them growing forever and ever.
The remainder $5k I'll use to celebrate my good luck.

I wouldn’t put all of it online. I suggest you get real assets with 80% of the amount, $20k. And probably invest 20% online. Just $5k
You could buy small sites, apps develop them a bit and resell. Or resell right away. There used to be a market for them if you add say, $40 per site. As your profit.
You have to be careful about the fees though. So set the right price, if you buy 10 websites/apps per day with your $5000. Which remains, you’ll roughly get 30 - 50 websites.
If you resell half of these, you’ll be able to but at least 40 more.
So in a month you can add 5 websites to your portfolio, from you profit you have made.
And you can set adsense campaigns or aff links on the websites so that they convert on the go. Though, this might be unrealistic due to the fact that, a website that costs $100 might be hard to monetize on it traffic. I have had chances where a $70 domains would have like 6000 monthly views.
Which does hurt much.

Recently I invested $30k to get a website that was making around $1100 per month.
Fixed the website, optimized the SEO. Hired a VA to improve the design.
That site is making me around $1800 now (4 months have passed)
Will flip the site once it reaches $100 a day (projected after 8 months). This deal can get me $80-90k.
So I might 3x my money in just 12 months.

If I had 25K I would get a SaaS going at a subscription payment plan.. and live off that easily
