Hello!

There is datacenter migration in Chicago, and it affects only 1 of our IP nodes there. Our datacenter provider is migrating all of their equipment (servers, network equipment, etc.) into another datacenter. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do to prevent downtime. Downtime duration is written into the notification in the PBN dashboard and is being updated when there are any changes.

That's a shame, I can't vouch for this service then. A few hours is fine but site to be down for almost a day is completely unacceptable.

I'm afraid it would be very difficult to move datacenter worth of racks (servers, switches, etc...) to another physical datacenter in a few hours. This is why we notified everyone who were affected by it and left a note to the PBN dashboard so everyone would see and be aware of this migration. We apologize for this inconvenience, but this migration process is something that we don't control, and we cannot "fix" it.

you should have created a back up of some sort, customers cannot have their website down for over a day. would love to see how you would feel if your site was down for more than 24 hours!

We can always replace affected IPs to make sure your website stays online. Also, there's no need for backups because all of your website files are still available for you because all of our cPanel servers are up and working just fine. Did you contacted our support? If you did then they should have offered IP replacement to you. All we need to do is replace your IP(s) and your website(s) would be back online.

Also, as I already said. Notifications were sent out before the migration started in advance so there was enough time to get your IP(s) replaced, if needed.
 
Are the sites hosted on the popular hosting sites? Is it on shared hosting? I ask because then there would be natural sites on those ips too which would be good.

Hey! We provide dedicated IPs not shared IPs.

You can use our transfer plugin or All in one migration plugin, if you are running Wordpress. Since we are offering cPanel, you can transfer them however you want.
