You can create email forwarders, but you can't create mail accounts or send emails from from our IPs.

I have never heard if a host not providing webmail. Definitely a drawback here.

It really depends. 99.9% of our clients don't need to send emails, they just need to receive them and that's what we offer them. Forwarders are a lot more convenient so you don't need to log in to multiple mail accounts etc. That's especially convenient when we are talking about hundreds of domains and email accounts.
Not being able to send emails from IPs that are allocated to you? Well, it's important for us and our clients that our IPs stay clean and there are many people who would like to abuse them.

You can just put that in your terms of service that no abuse will be tolerated. Just take a look at Namecheap's term of service as an example. I disagree with your notion that 99% do not need it. Webmail is the foundation of any reputable website.

Yes, that's what our service is all about
We already have it in our TOS (18.2.) and it has never stopped people trying. It has nothing to do with reputation. We have been in the business long enough and have enough clients to say confidently that 99% of our customers don't need it. It's a thought through decision not a missing feature. As I said earlier, our goal is to keep our IPs clean so none of our customers have to worry about them.
If you really need to send emails from your domain you can always use an external SMTP provider where you can set up your domain.

With our service you may host any CMS including Wordpress. We have not optimized our service for Wordpress, but if you want speed you may always enable caching which will make your website load super fast.

Thanks for your question. We don't keep the count of the sites that get deindexed. Since our hosting service does NOT leave any footprints, then all footprints come from the site itself. We are not responsible when someone's website gets deindexed because they did not do a good job on their sites (because it's not hosting related). We always collect feedback from the customer when customer's websites get deindexed. We have never had any deindexing happening because of the hosting footprints. All issues that have occurred have always been poor website's quality or poor content.
So, unfortunately I cannot answer your question because there has never been any proof that a site got deindexed because of us.
