PayPal - issue with sending funds

In the last two days, i'm sending funds from my stealth account to my main through friends&family, small amounts like 14-15eur. I did two transactions at all. Today I've got my next funds in stealth available for using(115eur), tried to send it to my account but now i'm getting this issue: https://imgur.com/a/mWSHcLa

Tried as good for service but the same problem, also I created one selly store to try to buy something from there, after logging, I couldn't make the transaction, something is wrong etc.
After two days passed, i still can't make transaction it says "we weren't......"

I have that issue too, can't send money or do anything, I'm yet to see any good solution, customer support doesn't help with that either!

is it your ip ?

are you using same ip as the account was made .

cross ip contamination

clear cookies try agin with original ip for that account.

I have but bought credit card, its not mine, also dont have bank account

Tried it via antidetect, fully cleared cookies but again the same problem.

I tried to use one bank account on the account but it didn't let me to. Also I eliminate the way to call pp because this account is Stealth and i can't provide a lot of information. IveI used my mother smartphone, tried before two hours again to send. They want to confirm via sms text that's me. My phone number was rent. Will have to take it and confirm it again since i already confirmed the number in the beginning of the registration.

I will wait to get finished the payment review and will update.
In my opinion, i have that feeling with these 4 transactions yesterday, they will require any confirmation from me, iD etc. since its stealth - meh.

Will wait a few days, I already waited two days before trying these 4 transactions via mobile app ( from my mom's smartphone ), she didnt have before this app, and tried with 5-10eur and it was okay. But higher amount, refusing to complete the transaction.

try signing in from your cell and sending off it of course make sure use same connection type whether vpn or proxy

I found speakng with a person over the phone while making a payment helps, they can remove the block

Rest your stealth for a few days and try again. Try adding a cc after

Wait for 12hrs. not logging it in. and resend ur money if 12hrs count down finish. and it will works again.

When PayPal sees questionable transactions they tend to hold the funds for a long time. They held my money for 2 months and it was over 19,999 dollars

This is my stealth and its UK, need UK phone number for verification, I got one number from one guy but he isnt responding 2-3 weeks or so. When I try to send funds they say that I need to confrim the phone number( one sms ).

you will get the sms on the number you provided to paypal first time, if you dont have access to it then you chould added new phone number and wait until paypal aproove it
