Hello guys,

I saw a very cool expired domain that may be a good satellite blog for my main money blog.
Has a lot of good backlinks already plus good domain authority.

One question : if I buy the domain, can I restore the content (that was obviously not created by me) in order to get the traffic back?

P.S : site inactive since 2012-2013

Cheers

yes you can restore the content from web archive. But you need to check first if there are any snapshots of this site.

1.Log in to your GoDaddy account.
2.If you aren't automatically directed there, make sure to select the My Products tab:
3.Click Manage All next to Domains:
4.From the top menu, click the Domains tab and select Expired Domains.
5.Select the domain names you want to recover.
6.Click Recover.
7.Select the registration length for the domain names and click Next.
8.(Optional) Select the registration and website options you want to apply to your domain name renewals.
9.Click Finish and complete the checkout process.

can u explain what does this has anything to do with what OP is asking?!

@Tavarichoa - before you do, make sure that there is no clone of it some where else. it is better to have original content.

Does this work if I'm buying the domain from auctions?
