Better sleep 6 hours or 7.5 or 9. The human body rest in cycles and each cycle is around 1.5 hour. If you want to feel good, you need to wake up between the cycles, not in the middle of them because you will feel groggy. I'm setting the alarm 8 hours till I want to wake up and give myself 30 minutes to fall asleep since I don't fall asleep fast. And yes, recently I started to "force" myself to sleep 7.5 hours because I want to have more time to work and also to be able to work so, those two work fine for me with 7.5 hours of sleep. I said "force" because earlier I couldn't imagine to wake up with less than 9 hours of sleep until a couple of months ago when I decided to try it. I think it's good to have 1.5 hour more in the day and still feel energized and awesome!

I would say I sleep at minimum 8 hours a day. I wish I was like some people that only need to sleep for 5-6. I get about 8 but could easily sleep longer
