How many hours do you sleep a day?

Medically there is no set amount of sleep that you need. For everyone it is different from 3-12+

I start IM to have freedom and sleep is important for me.

If you don't rest enough you will not be as productive as when you are rested.

I always do 8, rarely sleep in for up to 11/12 as an old habit from my old meds that made me tired.

There's a lot of studies that show sleep deprivation can lead to psychosis & over sleeping can lead to worsening depression. Ie. <6 hours >10 hours
