What Are The Fastest Ways To Remove Shadow Bans?

From my experience, shadow bans lasts 24h, I've had success logging in from the web version to lift those, but it's like 10% of the time

ive honestly been shadowbanned for over a month so far.
ive tried running ads (which i already did)
turned off automaton
stopped posting my customers who pose sexually
no hashtags
it just wont go away.............kill me

My account is in the same way, more thank two weeks and the shadowban stay, its seems to be for ever, I know people with shadowban for more than two months
i deleted my account after reading this

It depends for what you got shadowbanned. When you get shadowbanned for someone's content, meaning you posted the same pictures from people's account without changing hash of the images etc., it usually lasts 2 weeks no matter what you do, just don't use any hashtags for 14 days then and after 2 weeks engagement will slowly grow back.
I can say from my experience in babes/fitness/girl niche that doing hashtags is almost not worth it there. You can get banned for months there by using most of the hashtags or posting inappropriate pictures. I get huge engagement in that niches from simple posting and tagging people and targeting/following right accounts.

There is no 'method' of removing it. You'll have to wait it out. Avoid any activity for 2 weeks at least.

Just create another one, you have nothing to loose.
it was in the past there was a time factor -- few days to couple weeks. what I am seeing now is while the shadowban is indeed lifted
(for some accounts), it takes time to build up to the levels before the ban.
in other words -- you were stuck in the jail until it was over, now the door might be open to get out, ya gotta go over a wall to be free. the wall being low ER

True, even I feel the same, there is a slight change in the algorithm, you have to get good ER consistently on a new account. Or you will get shadow banned for posting frequently

idk what my SB was caused from, i dont use hashtags i dont post other peoples stuff
its an ecom IG 90k followers
once i suspected a SB i tested a hashtag on an old post and story and i did not appear

I have faced some kind of situations. With my own experiences don't do any activity on those accounts for while they will remove SB automatically. Often it's come in newly created accounts.

If it''s 2days old why don''t you just leave it and move on to the next account? remove shadow ban mean block ghost followers,etc and it also not guarantee that shadow ban will be removed so keep that in mind.
