WARMING UP an aged account on INSTAGRAM

hello, i just bought 10 aged instagram accounts (3-4 Years aged) and wanted to warm them up,
any suggestions for the 14 first days? im using dedicated proxys (1 proxy = 1 user)

Start with 10 followers per day, and increas by 10 for about 7-10 days, than increase the number by 20 and so on till you get to 500 daily
There are a lot of thread on the forum

first day 100 mf 100 ml, next day 200 ml, 200ml etc. untill 500-600.
10-50 seconds action interval

Where did you buy the aged accounts from? I've been looking around but I have not found a provider

I don't want to discourage you, but there is high chance that your accounts are flagged.

Most of the aged accounts (over 2 years old) are created on IPv6 proxies and hence why they perform really badly and get banned.

I hope that you get lucky, but it is 100 times better to create your own HQ accounts.

Yeah, there are lots of people who sell accs on bhw, but all of them sell shitty aged accs that are flagged.

It's pretty hard to find a 4G accounts seller. I have a provider but he is not selling on bhw.

An account being flagged has nothing to do with email and phone verification.

Flagged means it was created on a very bad proxy, which IG sees straight through it and instantly flags the accounts.

And so when you start botting most of the times it will get banned and if not then it will be follow blocked very often.

Yeah 100%. Instagram in 2019 is nothing like instagram a few years ago as they are fighting spam like never before.

Either make your own through 4G or find a provider for new HQ accounts.
