I spoke to the seller and explained from my perspective, if I ask someone for a sample of their work, I expect just that; A sample of work they have done themselves, not something they lifted off the internet, or in this case they used a different sellers site as their own sample.

What they did in this course of actions is misleading and could be claimed to be fraudulent. Was it a premeditated act to deceive a buyer? You be the judge.
Although the downside of any seller sending other samples out is if the quality does not match what was sent, then they will fall foul of being Shitlisted.
