IG penalty box and follow block

Hey guys,
so now that I am blocked from follow actions for almost a week, I heard that the block might be so long because my account was already in a penalty box for suspicous behavior.
Im using my account for serious Business and got two questions.
1. How would that affect my range with hashtags and other things if my account was in that penalty box?
2. How to get out that penalty box?

I used jarvee for the follow/unfollow before and my proxy is definitely not the reason for my follow block.

1. Stop botting
2. Disable your account for 72h
3. Post something without hashtags
4. Promote that post with an ad for 3 days, 2$/day (6$ total)
5. Start commenting/liking/engaging with your followers/followings
6. Start boting again after 1 week

@N00bby any update on the matter? 10 of my accounts (some client accounts) got blocked at the same time and it's been 10 days.

If I was in your situation I'd be trying everything.
If people say the above works try it.
I've posted but my reach is still just a few percent of what it was.
A lot of people seem to be asking what's going on with IG at the moment.
