2019 hosting tips for full match replay

Hi everyone guys!
I wanted to open a site where I could post full match replays by not hosting content on the server but by using other sites. Do I need an offshore hosting?
I was thinking of inserting some live sports events not always streamed directly from my servers but taken from other sites. The contents of the streaming would be in Italian and I saw that a very famous site here uses underhost. does anyone know him? Do you have any advice?

Yes you need offshore hosting i suggest you to visit marketplace hosting section and read reviews about the hosting advertisers there,
choose wisely. If you are just starting i recommend a shared hosting plan will suit your needs and when you generate traffic then move it dedicated server

You definitely need Offshore hosting, but also read their Terms if they allow embed streaming.
