No, it's never refilled, and that's not my problem. I paid for a service that has refill! I spend around 50$ for that service, and I never receive that service. Start count on that service is lower than real start count and mark as "completed" without delivered one single like! You just stole my money. If I do a dispute on PayPal, because you don't want to refund me, you will set my PayPal like I am "fraud". I should open shitlist here, but again you will add my PayPal.


Enjoy in 50$ taking from me for nothing! Really really bad panel!
