I am new to using pinterest to get traffic to my blog.

Currently I have one board and i add my post url in description. I need some advice bro.

use hashtags with more number of pins.
and most imp keep adding interesting pins.

Apply for Rich Pins for your website or blog.
Get to the relevant group boards.
Use catchy, engaging images.
Pin consistently.

Pin and repin frequently and create Pinterest compatible images and organize your boards properly. Follow the popular boards in your niche and see what they are doing.
Here is one of my pin doing fairly well without giving it much of a thought. With proper optimization, it may bring me some mullah! But for now, I am just investing my time in building rapport.

Edit: Create at least 4-5 boards. Find related keywords and create boards accordingly.
