I decided to spend some change on the services the website offers.
In conclusion:

The Instagram followers dropped quickly within 48 hours + Mostly Porn Accounts
The Pinterest followers are clearly bot accounts with no pins or information. NSFW Profile Pictures as well
Social Signals Look Decent and the accounts do not look like spam. (Facebook)
Instagram Likes were the same accounts as the followers. No Dropping at all.

Social signals were worth the 0.10 cents each IMO

I received a free review for 15 twitter signals. I checked some the profiles and they looked somewhat natural, though with low follower counts, and majority of the tweets were not shared links Vs a mix of shared links and personal tweets.

However, this does not detract from the signal boost! the delivery was fast; came in less than 24 hours, and all the links are still up as of the last time I checked, so no drops(which rocks!). And finally the pricing is great for what's been offered.
