I have an eCommerce website in Zencommerce.in (Platform) since 1.6 years. But their continuing bad service, I want to change the eCommerce platform. I am planning to work with Kharedi.in, as they use opencart 3 platform and their service also good and cheap.
Now my problem is, If I register with Kharedi.in and re-post all of my products..it will generate new product url for each product I list. Then what will be my old product url which already fetch or catch by Google or other search engine? Will it impact to my website SEO? Afterall I am making a new website with a 1.6 years old running domain..

I am not sure that I am able to clear my concern to the experts here.. Hope you will realize my issue.

Thanks.

You are fine unless page URLs are the same as before.
So, If Google cant find the old urls then it won't be a problem, right? And search engine will start to fetch all of my new urls ?
THANKS A LOT for your fast reply. Love this portal.:)

The domain is same right? or you would like to move to new domain?

You need to use the same URL structure if you don't want to lose your SEO rankings. New URL's will also get indexed by google and others, but will take time.

The best thing is to create product URL's same as old one, in some cases if you can't recreate old URL structure, then redirect those URL's to your new one.

@ Big SEO, I am thinking to use the same old domain.
@scorpion king , My old url structure will not same with the new one, as I am planing to use a different platform. I dont know how to recreate old url structure.

One more thing to let you know, My website search engine visibility and product selling ratio became worst than 8-9 months ago. [This happened just after I used Fiverr.com backlinks.] So it is look like kind of dead website. So in this situation which will be best for me.. to carry the same domain or just start with a new domain as fresh.

Thank you all for helping me.

Whatever the platform you migrate, still you can keep your old URL structure.

Well if you find toxic links pointing on your present domain, it's a good idea to go for a new one and start everything fresh.

I think 301 is the best option in this situation. Because in future if the priorities will devide than the recommendations will still alive.

You can migrate your site as you are not changing the domain name , it will not effect

I can not migrate in my case. I am using third party eCommerce platform (zencommerce.in) and they do not permit user to access any of host file section..Only website backend dashboard where we can manage products & selling..Even I cant do any backup. :weep: But thanks for your reply bro:):)
