I used clickbait intro player and redirect it to my affiliate link. Not third party sites.

Custom Mythemeshop is my favorite. It's lightweight and fast load.

Sure you can. I'd recommend using unlimited gdrive with an encryption, that way your videos will never be removed.

Any will do. Domain extension has nothing to do with SERP imo.

I don't have banner ads if that's what you're asking. I only used pop under, download button and clickbait intro on the player.

You don't need plugins to setup any of that.
Place your affiliate link on the download button with a simple ahref code.
For pop under, you copy paste the code from your network and place it on header.php or single.php of your site.
For the clickbait intro, you custom code it yourself or use the default lander from your cpa network.

Again, no need for plugins.

Would you lead them to the video hoster or just leave them hanging? Can I just embed the video to my lander and if they sign up in the affiliate then the real video comes out and play? Im using wordpress with free theme, registered to admaven and got the code already.
But i dont know how to put " adcode (popup) to my site"
Can you guide me clearly...
