How is this channel not strike for copyright!

JUST cause there are ads on it doesnt mean the uploader is the one monetizing it. A lot of music automatically monetise their content so if you upload it, the ads money goes to the original owner of the song.

This happened to one of my videos. It wasn't taken down, but the ads aren't mine anymore.
Also, as for the channel; maybe it wasn't taken down because nobody reported it. Now that the channel is publicly mentioned in bhw, we shall see what happens.
 
There is no reason for a big company to takedown Youtube Music Videos uploaded by random people. It is much better to profit of them using the Content ID Claiming System. It does not hurt the Youtube Channel and the Music Label will benefit from it as well. Copyright Takedown Strikes are usually made manually.
 
The owner is not getting the money for sure, maybe he's just trying to build the subs base and use it for somethin else.
