Need your help guys - PayPal

Hello community,

Before two days i was temporary limited from paypal.
Need to provide ID ( its done )
Proof of fulfillment ( it was automatically on reviweing )
Proof purchasing receipt of supplier ( i'm stuck here )
To describe the payments for what they were ( done )

I was selling digital goods mainly on eBay, some payments were coming from bonanza.I was selling fortnite accounts, since its digital i cant provide tracking. The only one thing which I do is to click "get your money" and then to click its digital and doesnt require shipping and filling the dd/mm/yy of purchasing/shipping.
They required purchasing receipt of supplier. That is problem for me because I do not know paypal what will gonna do with this receipt. I am buying the accounts from one russian site ( digiseller ) and have a few receipts from it.

I have a lot of funds in to my accounts ( this is my second account verified with my other card ). I'm confused and do not know what to do guys.
Please if someone happened that to him or similar, please help me.

Have you tried to contact the PayPal support about this? Ask them what they need your purchasing receipt for. Even though they’re largely unreliable and downright unhelpful from time to time, you may run into a good tech support person? Sorry, man, good luck with this problem.

Send them two receipts. Contacted via email them but got automated message to call them and guided me what i need to send ( it was described on the limit page in my account ). They generally want receipt of the supplier. Sent what i have (from g2g - one person recommended me to use them).
I think for now there is no sense to call them.. just waiting for their message about the review.

Update.

Got permanently limit on the account. Also on the mail saying if I have funds in my balance, i caj access them after 180 days, they will send me then instructions how to. I think it happened because im uusin second account, but for now it doesn't matter for me because I am more focused on my balance inside. Isn't there any way to access to my funds less than these 180 days?

Ah, because Ive heard, that if you write to support that the money is needed for emergency they will release them but don't want to take that"risk".
So when i got the message from paypal that if i have money in my balance, which actually i have, after 180 days they will contact me?

According to paypal yes, they will send you an email with information on how to withdraw after 6 months.

So it's not problem if I contact them like one month or one day before the limitation expire for withdrawing, also where I can see the date of receiving the available funds?

Sad, but this mean its over, you'll have to wait 180 days to your frozen funds,
you may try to appeal it, but i'm sure you'll get an automatic decline, there is no human interaction what so ever,
especially if you are selling something against the TOS, they won't let you know the reason, even if you'll call them 100 times.
Avoid PayPal by any mean, they are bad!, find another payment processor, there are plenty.
Paypal polices has changed and now they can run away from the law.

They don't care about the customers, I've been banned aswell. No explanation only said that I'm not allowed to create an account anymore. And that they couldn't tell me why because of privacy reasons.

500 euro will be able to widrawed in October.

The date should be 6 months from the last transaction you made. Though they fucked me on that too, because I had some eCheck which was clearing when they suspended me, and when it bounced it was 6 days after my suspension, and they noted that date as the date of last transaction. So they took mine for 186 days technically.

You can contact them and they can tell you when your money will be available for withdrawal.

You can contact them whenever you want, ask them when your money will be available and anything you want, but you will 99% have to wait the full 6 months, and you won't be told why you were suspended exactly.

Yes, sadly. I read one thing somewhere that he got his money while has 180 limit. He told the funds are needed for emergency or something like that and they released them.

Since im selling digital goods and its not required to provide tracking information they think its suspicious.
I am only caring about my funds inside, dont really care about the reason.
