We are not here to steal money anika. We are here to provide services to our clients. We are having delays on cancelling orders, especially when providers doesn't accept the cancel. We then take the hit. But thats fine with us as long as you guys enjoy our services.

Then do the right thing, your support team are just making excuses saying that the services doesn't have refill guarantee even it said there it is "Lifetime Guarantee" . What we do is we refund those unsent services back to the client even if you guys didn't refunded it yet.
