update:
i ordered from OP last January 2019 for kw research + content (he provide in depth analysis for this as well as how to format the article properly)
at first i did not see anything when i launch the new article (ofcourse!) but then as soon as google cache it (after 3-4 days), i was in page 6 - kinda great since i am not doing any off-page for this.
i lost track since i was focusing on my other site that i also ordered contents from @Vishal Sanjay and then this thing came up...
...i checked for the ranking and then found out that i am already ranking on page 1 number 7!
- the fun part is i never did create any backlinks for this page - i just literally follow everything he gave me on the PDF report and BOOM!
verdict:
its true that you can rank without doing any off-page and @Vishal Sanjay prove that!

Yes, we have worked on such local keywords in the past. We can identify certain variances and search terms based on the type of services you provide that have very little relevant results. The volumes will be quite less, but you should get good leads and conversions.
