What is the advantage of MCN? Do they help getting monetized adsense or what? I am confused.

You channel have 2,4k subs and 440k views and you reach the minimum requirements for youtube monetization.
4,000 hours of overall watch time on their channel within the past 12 months and have at least 1,000 subscribers.

You probably need contacts in order to activate it that fast. Maybe they do proceed other people faster, depending on their business.
Since it is a news channel, this is probably the main reason.
They get instantly monetized because they are part of Youtube (important part not like the rest of creators)

I'm not sure how the method works, but I'm assuming it's something like this:
1. You get botted views and subs to reach monetization requirements and start the review.
2. You join a MCN, which causes you to skip the review and get monetized instantly.
3. You leave the MCN and get to keep monetization on.
But again, I'm not sure, so feel free to correct me.
