Actually i have a question and maybe you know where to find the answer on this forum..

How can i unlock the PIN code (not the sim code) of a Sony Xperia XZ3 mobile phone of my friend who past away recently, without deleting the content on the phone.
Nobody of his family and friends know the PIN code... We only have access to his email account..

Can you advise me, or do you know where to find such information on this forum?
