Here is my response:
OZZ I had to pay via SEOClerk to finish the Youtube order that you never completed here and what about all the other orders as mentioned via the BHW post? Not one of those older orders that were cancelled for nonservice were ever filled and or refunded. After waiting 3-4 days without any of the orders being serviced, it's logical to cancel and or remove the posts, as it makes clients look very bad.
NOT ONE ORDER WAS SERVICED and you only refunded the 2 recent IG and took the funds for Youtube. I basically just literally donated my deposited money again to Sociaffy without getting any use of any of the services. If you guys can not provide the services offered nor provide them in a timely manner - you can not expect people who are specifically USING SMM to boost to sit there and wait with there pants off on likes and or views that havnt come in and not expect them to cancel and or remove social media posts that were supposed to recieve them after waiting WEEKS not days with no response to support, which is why im here.
Of 8 order ids I gave you from old orders that were never serviced and cancelled because of it, none were refunded.
Of 3 order ids for my most recent $10 deposit and waiting now almost over 2 weeks, you took credit for the YOUTUBE VIEWS although you did not provide the service for and only refunded the 2 ig orders for a credit balance of $1.28 to my account. Yes I did use another panel to fulfill the order, but ONLY BECAUSE AFTER WAITING WEEKS, my client was pissed and had to go to another provider.
Hopefully BHW Admin can review this. Ive been a long time member although, this is one of the very few times Ive had to rant about getting ripped off!
