I want to know about backlink ... If i use other sites backlink on my sites is there any problem . Or i have to use unique for myself . How i get them.. I am newbie . So need help.

absolutely! You can't just use others backlinks better manually submit sites to high pr sites. Remember 1 Quality link is better than 10 low quality sites.
