Hello i made a website a month ago and did articles and seo on it everyday so now it ranks for over 100 keywords (foreign local keywords that arent that hard to rank) out of which 50 are on 2nd page of google and a few are on first page. Now i want to sell adspace to companies that are in my town from my niche, but i dont know how to do that, thats why i need your help, how do i collect payments, do i need a contract or a company ? Im lost on this because i am only 19 years old but i get 50 very targetted visitors from my town on my website daily and im sure i could sell adspace for this.

I would suggest advertising your ad space around your town. 50 locals isn't very attractive to the majority of worldwide business owners on here.

Well the thing is that the niche i am is very small and 50 visitors a day is potentially 5k$ per day for a business. But still i dont know if i need a contract or how do i collect payments and make a deal with somebody ?
What i mean is, i want to sell to local companies that are near me but i dont know how deals like this are done, how do i collect payments, or anything like that :/.

Ah, I see what you're asking.
You can lookup the whole idea of CPM, CPT, CPC etc. or you can just rent out the space for a weekly/monthly charge.
As long as they make a confirmed payment, you shouldn't need to sign a contract. If a business offers you a contract then make sure you read it very carefully. Make sure they aren't expecting a promised amount of traffic etc.

yes i want to do a monthly or weekly payment from them, so you're saying i can do it like this for example:
pay me 100$ per week in order for me to keep your advertisement on the website, if you dont pay one week il just remove you and make a deal like this with one of your competitors ?

Also, where would i collect the money do you think would be the best if all of this is fairly local, just my personal bank account is fine ?
