Followback 1%-3% what?

Hi, my accounts in instagram in the niche entrepreneurship are only receiving followback 1-3% Is it normal? I just repost viral content, and just follow who likes the posts of my competitors.

the normal would be 9-15% in my experience... you should try other methods such as commenting to their photos too, create a spintax and use it

Try to target more relevant accounts to follow. Also truth is that more and more people dont follow back easily some random accounts that follow them.. and many are also aware of follow-unfollow method.
