I tested many services but all most all services are not working.
Tested Instagram views = orders always got canceled
Tested Soundcloud Plays = It was wrriten start time 1hour and speed 20k per day in description but waited 4 days still not started, status is still showing pending. opened ticket and they said Please wait for some time.
Tested Instagram Likes = always got partial and canceled
Tested Telegram Channel Member = order got canceled
Tested Youtube Dislikes = All Dislikes dropped within a minute after completed.
Please cancel all my pending orders and refund in my paypal.

Instagram orders didn't complete for almost 2 weeks. They do not refund me.

Yeah, i got the same retention! But it says in the description that the retention is 2-5 minutes!
