How to Get Custom URL in Twitter?

Currently i want to buy new domain but there twitter and facebook url taken so is there any chance to get those custom url?

Those URL have 0 post and 0 followers.

Ok your engish is very bad so let's summarise your question:

• you have an account and want to change the url.
• your desired username isn't available.
• you really want to get it.

This is a very big problem. Here are the solutions:

Case 1: The user has a email in his twitter bio. ==> write him a mail
Case 2: The user has a username where you have trademark rights. ==> easy write twitter a mail
Case 3: You have nothing. Usernames are first come first serve. Deal with it.
