Instabot.py ONLY follow users by tags and location?

Hi guys I have 2 simple questions in my mind about instabot.py by levpasha:
1. It's possible to search and follow users by account followers(ex. folow people that followed @realbeyonce) rather than just follow by hashtag or location?

2. If not possible, how these tags work? the bot will follow people that are following the hashtag? Or will follow the people that used the hashtag on a picture? Or will follow people that liked photos using that hashtag?

I will be grateful if someone could give some help about it.

No bro, the bot is running on a ubuntu vps with no problems. maybe u can find some help in stack-overflow site
